南韓傳出離譜的嬌生武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）疫苗疏失，原本1瓶嬌生要被分成5劑，沒想到卻有醫療人員將1整瓶當成1劑打進去，總計有5人被過量接種。
